To support UIB’s goal of improving its educational objectives, UIB offers several international programs of interdisciplinary online short course programs with various current topics. Students from (UIB’s university partner/overseas) are encouraged to participate in these programs, as we believe that students from different countries and background will gain knowledge not only from the theoretical teaching in each session, but also the opportunity to gain hands-on experience from experts in related fields. Online short Course 2023 on Final Year Report Writing Workshop: Online Short Course Collaboration Between UIB and UTAR aims to improve inter-professionalism in science and scientific research in Civil Engineering Field. Final year of report writing workshop is an important aspects of technical studies as it provided an opportunity to expose one’s to the civil engineering field. It is an opportunity to use theoretical knowledge in practical circumstance and improve technical skills. 6. Artificial Intelligence Online Workshop, Collaboration between UIB and MCUT, Taiwan

Description:
Artificial Intelligence Online Workshop is a collaboration between Ming Chi University of Technology, Taiwan, and Batam International University. The target participants of this activity are Batam International University students from Electrical Engineering and Information Technology study programs and students from Electrical Engineering, Ming Chi University of Technology, Taiwan. This activity aims to accommodate students with the ability to develop and integrate artificial intelligence skills.
This program was initiated by Ming Chi University of Technology where the material was given and explained by MCUT lecturers from the Department of Electrical Engineering. UIB lecturers were also involved as tutors/mentors of UIB students who participated in the activity. The UIB lecturers involved came from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, specifically the Electrical Engineering Study Program. Therefore, this Artificial Intelligence Online Workshop activity is an international collaboration platform that integrates the strengths and expertise of each university.

7. Short Movie Project: Promoting Sustainable Development Goals Awareness: Collaboration of UIB, KMUTT, AND MCUT.
September 6, 2021
Description:
This short movie project activity is a collaboration between the Undergraduate Program Information Systems-UIB, School of Architecture and Design-KMUTT, Department of Visual Community and Design-MCUT. In this activity, UIB, KMUTT, and MCUT students will be participants in this activity. In addition, lecturers from the three universities will also collaborate in teaching at each session and mentor each team/group in this short film project.
After participating in this activity, participants are expected to be able to develop short films in accordance with the rules, content, and appropriate techniques. In addition, the film made in the project raises the theme of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which is expected to help raise awareness of the global community about SDGs.

8. International Trade Law Online Course, Collaboration between UIB and UEL, Vietnam
June 3, 2021
Overview:
The International Trade Law Online Course activity is a collaboration between the Undergraduate Program of Law, UIB, and the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam. In this activity, UIB and UEL students will be participants in this activity. In addition, UIB and UEL lecturers will also collaborate as lecturers on this online course. This activity is themed International Trade Law Online Course (ITLOC). Therefore, after participating in this activity, participants are expected to be able to understand the theoretical concepts of international trade law and be able to make comparisons between applicable trade laws in Indonesia and Vietnam.
This online short course is open for UIB and UEL participants. The priority will be given to Law Science students. The maximum number of participants to 17 people.
