Student Exchange to Universitas Internasional Batam

Student Exchange Program is a program that provides you opportunity to study at overseas universities and living independently in foreign countries. This program is eligible for all students from our partner universities. An exchange student can pursue his/her study for one – two semesters at UIB. The application process shall be processed by the International Office of home institution.

Regulations:

  1. Applicants should complete their first year at the home institution when applying for exchange program.
  2. Exchange students should pay tuition fees to their home institution and get waived tuition fee from host institution
  3. Exchange students should agree to keep all the rules and regulations at the host institution and host country
  4. The application must be approved and sent by the International Office of the home institution
  5. Host Institution (UIB) will issue a Letter of Acceptance after receiving and examining the application documents
  6. The host institution will provide exchange students with academic guidance and student support services.

  1. Application Form
  2. Statement Letter
  3. Affidavit of Financial Statement
  4. Study Plan
  5. A copy of first page of passport

*Passport is valid minimum 18 months when the semester starts

  1. Certificate of language proficiency (TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS)
  2. Passport Photo size with red background (3×4 cm)
  3. Official Transcript (English)
  4. Letter of Recommendation (English)
  5. A copy of student ID Card in Home University
