Students from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) recently embarked on a productive visit to Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB) to explore collaborative opportunities between their esteemed institutions. The event encompassed a comprehensive campus tour and engaging discussions, encompassing topics such as Pulau Belakang Padang conservation and fostering innovation within the Information Systems and Information Technology programs of UIB and UTM.
Graciously received by UIB’s International Relations Office, Ms. Theodesia S.Pd., M.Hum, the UTM delegation, led by Ts Dr Johanna Ahmad, expressed their enthusiasm for the visit and commitment to fostering academic partnerships. The campus tour allowed the visitors to witness the modern facilities and vibrant learning environment UIB offers.
The discussions commenced with a focus on the ecological significance of Pulau Belakang Padang.
