Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) and the Faculty of Business and Management, Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB), successfully conducted a Collaborative Teaching Collaboration program from November 2 to December 14, 2022. The program marked the appointment of an Adjunct Lecturer from TAR UC to contribute to the academic development of UIB’s programs.

The collaboration aimed to enhance teaching and learning experiences by improving the expertise and understanding of the appointed Adjunct Lecturer. The Adjunct Lecturer from TAR UC joined UIB’s faculty during the specified period and actively participated in teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development activities.

Throughout the collaboration, the Adjunct Lecturer delivered lectures, conducted workshops, and engaged in interactive sessions with UIB students. These activities were designed to supplement the existing curriculum, provide practical insights, and enhance students’ understanding of the subject matter.

The collaborative teaching collaboration facilitated knowledge exchange, allowing students to benefit from the Adjunct Lecturer’s expertise in their respective fields. The collaboration concluded with a closing ceremony, where the appointed Adjunct Lecturer was recognized and presented with a certificate of appointment. The ceremony also served as a platform for reflecting on the achievements and positive outcomes of the collaborative teaching program.
